Who We Are
Carlos and Karlisa Lopez, a dynamic remodeling duo have been married and renovating spaces for 20 years. Carlos worked the family business until 2013 when he moved to Mexico as a missionary and Pastor with his family. In Mexico, Carlos and Karlisa were directors of a large non-profit organization that empowered sustainable programs to alleviate poverty and provide outlets for at risk youth. After returning to Karlisa’s hometown of Columbus, GA in 2021 the family has laid down roots again in the red Georgia clay and hope bring the experiences they’ve shared to every project. Together they do life and hustle with their 3 children, Maia, Cruz and Livvy and their grandson Mateo.

COLOR
Color is crucial in our business, shaping a space's look and mood. Effective color choices enhance design, create focal points, and unify elements. Colors influence emotions; blues offer calmness for bedrooms and bathrooms, while warm colors energize kitchens. Light shades enlarge spaces, while dark hues add coziness. Color also accentuates architectural features and harmonizes materials, ultimately improving beauty and functionality in a remodeled area.
